This year I decided to start meditating and had the goal of being able to have lucid dreams (LD). Along this path, I ended up picking up an interest in more esoteric stuff like astral projection (AP), energy work and chakras, out of body experiences (OOBE), at so on.

I thought it would be nice to make myself a little section on this site for spiritual journaling, to collect a bunch of resources and let anyone else who stumbles upon it to take a look if they're interested.

I'm pretty new to all this and learning everyday so I would be interested if anyone else had any thoughts or whether I need to be corrected or guided on something.
